this number called me and said I was being sued, couldn't give any details. called the number and was on hold for 30 minutes just for them to not give me any information, they verified my address and said there had been 2 attempts to serve me papers however my doorbell camera never showed anyone in the past 6 months knocking on my door other than amazon delivery. the man on the phone was mumbling and wouldn't property announce his name or the company, once I said I was also recording the line and had my legal assistant on the phone they immediately hung up.

It's a collection agency to get you to pay a past due bill or someone else's. They use threat's. Do not claim the debt if you owe it. If they get enough info they will take it to court and possibly put a leen on your mortgage or take it from your pay check. If your on social security done worry. They can't touch you by law unless the debt is federal / government. Your safe. Never give out any info if someone is asking for it especially by phone.

I received a called from +1(817)285-5293 which is a Euless, TX number saying “Oh hello this is Crystal calling from mine we've had a delivery agent out there to the property _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ it was unsuccessfully going to getting someone to sign the documents today please contact the issuing agents office at 9039445698 we will only be able to make one more time for return your college _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ to _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ is 903-944-5698…” This was pulled from voicemail to text form. Looked up that number and it is owned by BlackRock. Here is the website https://www.blackrock.com/hk/en/scam-notice That claims that they have been recently having their name used for bogus and scam calls.

This number texted a person that I had no dealings with. The person that was a friend of a friend of a friend sent me the text with my full name in the text with some type of reference #. The friend said they called it and it was a finance company. So I called and they knew all my personal information and they stated it was for a lawsuit from some loan company I’ve never heard of. This was definitely a scam and I notified them I would be contacting an attorney.

This number did call and said a combination of everything stated in previous messages as described here. They have also contacted people who I haven't even spoken to in years telling them "this is an urgent matter that needs to be addressed immediately & they need my contact information". Which they didn't give to them. I will also say this. The number they initially called me from was a number that I had blocked some time ago that had been calling me numerous times trying to say that my amazon order was trying to be delivered, so when I received the VM message it only showed as a VM without ringing through.

This is a fraud, they only want you to dial your last two social numbers. Also leaving messages in others in the family and I don't even have property in my name and I don't have debts. It is disrespectful to be calling family that do not live with me and even less in other places. (9039445698).

I received a voice mail from 908-224-9917 wherein the female said something about attempting to ... about papers and .... something about contact at this number as would be my last chance for something or other. Obviously a phishing expedition to get my information, as she left no reference to my name or "the property" address. SPAM/SCAM/PHISHING! I will report and block both numbers.
