Receive a call from this number saying that they were with Scherwin Associates and said that a legal matter has been filed against me. Said that I had some payday loans from 2008 that were not paid. I told them that I do not remember any payday loan. I ask for copies of the documents that I signed and he told me that he does not have a copy of that documents. That I will have to wait until I go to court to see those documents. I told him I will not agree to any payments on something that I do not remember. I told them if a woman comes 8 years later that I was her son's father, I will ask for a DNA test before I will agree to child support. This is the same as they called me saying that owe this loan but will not provide me with proof. I told them they can process and I will not pay. 5 minutes later I received a call from 919-537-3078 saying they were a locater company and I had a civil matter and give me a different address and the wrong county. I tell the lady that I have already

Left message from "David Jimenez with document control office" with the Sherman and Associates Law Firm. Called my parents and husband, but did not contact me. Left detailed messages about being sued if no response was given. Called me by maiden name. Scam all around. It's a collection agency hiding behind a legal office name. Left 888-712-1721, and made sure to saw the number slowly. The rest of the message was a garbled mess that sounded like he had a bag of d*cks in his mouth. It's a scam. Plain and simple, scam!
