My phone said "Private Number" so I didnt answer it. On the message the lady said they were a with Los Angeles County Processing Center and said that they tried to service me with legal documents but was sent back to sender. She also said to call the Law Firm (unidentified) 877-934-0483 and also left a case number. I went to LA Courts online to look for Small Claims, Civil, and Criminal and found no records of the case number left to me. Sounds like a scam

Left voice mail saying they are a document server of some kind. Suspicious in that the same person saying they are from Nevada is calling someone in California.

Received message from caller identified as an attorney who called a relative of mine who relayed the message to me to call the 877-934-0482 number, with a case #, and a case handler 'C. Bishop.' Since anyone who really wants to get ahold of me always seem to be able to, especially lawyers with legitimate claims, and since I speak to my priest weekly and don't need to C./see (the) Bishop, and already have a 'handler' in my personal life, i will not be calling this number. Thank you for this no charge service. I located you after going through 5 similar look-up services that inevitably wanted to charge me for their "free" services.

Claim to have attempted delivery of legal-documents to my address, was told to contact attorney's office of Tony Morgan. Couldn't find any proof of office or attorney's name in Nevada. Of-course I didn't answer the call, just read the text/message.

They called and said we owed money for Capital one credit card from 2008 of $4,000 & needed to make a payment arrangement & legal documents were being processed, told them everything has been paid off & its a scam, and hung up on them!

Yes they called and said they were from County processors office and that the court papers were returned with the address they had on file for me. And to avoid any other legal actions to call Mr. John Andrew at 877-934-0482 and left a case #

Listened to message on my wife’s phone which was identified as from “Unknown Caller.” A woman’s voice identified self as Celeste Harris from Clark County Process Server Division. Her message said that they tried to service me with legal documents at my address from 25 years ago but they were rejected. She also said to call the attorney, who was unidentified at 877-934-0483. She left a case number. Questions: Clark County but what state? Who was the attorney? Why is the phone number a toll free number assigned to “Unknown?” What court is associated with the case number? Assuming Nevada, my home state, I called Clark County Process Server LLC (county courts have no such division). They said they thought it was a scam and have heard similar story earlier. Is sounds like a phishing scheme using some old personal information to add legitimacy. Ignored.
