I received a call this afternoon looking for ex husb James. Has legal papers to deliver between 3 and 5 tomorrow. If we are not home papers will be processed and court will proceed without us. It left instructions to call tomorrow for details or make different arrangements. James is 77 and in ill health. I am the exwife and am 73 but he resides with me. Very scarey....we live on fixed income. Sounds exactly like the call received by the #1 statement........

Called for ex-spouse with threats of a law suit, court proceedings coming to the house with papers for signature...gave a phone number and case number. He called and they said it was a collector from Bank of America from 15 years ago and owed $500.00. Never had an account with them.
