Called both my spouse and me, said there was a complaint filed and they were looking for me. They were allegedly from "Process Service Dispatch." Yeah, right. TOTAL SCAM. Do not call back, do not answer, do not do anything other than file a complaint with the FTC! They already have your info, anyway. Stupid, lazy idiots looking for a quick buck. Process servers don't call you. Hint: THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW THEY'RE GOING TO SERVE YOU! This moron was probably sitting comfortably several states away (or in another country) with no intention of serving you anything except a pile of GARBAGE.

Received a call this morning at 10:30 AM with "unknown/private caller". I don't answer these calls and a VM was left asking for someone (I have no knowledge of this person) in the county I live in saying there was claim/complaint filed. She asked if any questions to call contact the legal dept @ 866-751-0935 and gave the case# reference repeated the persons name she was looking to speak with several times. SCAM!!! Don't FALL FOR IT.

Got a call from a "PRIVATE NUMBER" that listed this number. Same schtick about an "urgent matter"... "Jacqueline Hill" of a "notice of action or complaint" being filed for my wife (under her maiden name- that she changed 15 years ago). Not calling back.

At least they told me they would dismiss the action. Did not ask for personal information but would not identify their location either. They WOULD NOT TALK. But acted like they were doing "official business" the # was not +ID ed as spam, and they listed that # as a Private Number. They HAD bothered to leave a voice mail.

They left me a threatening message saying things would happen without my knowledge if I didn’t return the call. When I returned the call, I asked who the company was, she said Dudley Law and wanted me to verify my SS# number, to which I refused. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, she actually told me to shhhh, then said someone had already called in and said I was deceased (in less than 24 hrs ??). I suggested she may have the wrong person. She reiterated if I did not confirm my SS#, she couldn’t, “help” me, said good luck and hung up.
