Arlene announces UHC Training, needs ph #, DOB, address, member # for verification. I asked for escalations department and she states she does not have that number (dogs barking in background, male voice instructing what info to ask for). Again, I asked for escalations department, Arlene is now instructing that she will transfer me to customer service and they will transfer me. Male voice is now anxious and states 'just transfer to me' . Both have heavy accents. Checked call log and I have 4 previous calls this week. Recently refused home health services from UHC, and for last month have been receiving this type of call(s). BTW, Arlene did call me by my last name at the beginning of the call, but needed me to 'confirm ph #, DOB, address, mbr # for verify. Please, only answer 'YES' to asked questions'. Strange indeed.

Spam Calling   2022-10-14
They leave a message saying they have an important message from United Health Care and that I need to call 844-316-8434 (twice this week), I called back both times. The first time they knew the prescription drugs I take and wanted me to switch to mail order, I made it clear I wouldn't do that. Second time it started the same way, after they mentioned the first drug I said their number wouldn't ,t call me again. I then set it up so all calls from 844-290-7999 would be forwarded to 844-316-8434.

Called two times. I didn't answer first time since caller ID was "probably scam" 2nd time I thought "scammers rarely call twice" so I picked up. I have an unusual first name and the guy butchered it, so I said "Nobody here by that name" and hung up. We'll see if he wants to play more. . .
