I received a call from this number of course I missed it so the voicemail picked up. The transcript that it copied was if you want to cancel the transaction please call immediately at this number 7323078246 with in 24 hrs to our billing department. So I had a few moments to waste this morning so I decided to callback to see what it was all about. Of course I knew it was a scam however I wanted to get just enough information to share. So when I called back they let me know that his name was Mack Thomas with Best Buy the cancellation and refund department. He said he was calling about my Microsoft computer. There was a charge to my checking account for $399. He wanted to know if I still wanted my subscription to continue to receive Microsoft services. Of course I'm writing everything down. He even ask me to go to my computer to cancel the subscription. I'm not really doing what he is telling me to do. I'm pretending so I can get the information. Once he started to have me lo
