An unknown number called and left a voice message saying “ Unknown Depositing new message Yeah. Hello. My name is Melissa and I'm a private carrier with the county. I'm calling to notify you have been placed on my schedule to be served. Court documents. I will be coming to either your job or place of residence this week. And we'll need your signature and two forms of identification. If you have any questions, I would like to place a stop order on the service. You will need to contact your filing party immediately at 6503539304 You have been notified season. I called and spoke to someone named Chloe Banks and her claim made entirely no sense. She couldn’t provide much information and said I had taken out a payday loan, worked at McDonalds etc. Nothing was accurate. I took her information and indicated that I will be looking into this further. She said “ I’m not quite sure what your intent is but I will proceed” and hung up the phone. Be aware of scammers

Recieved a call from an unknown number saying they were a carrier with the county and would serve me papers this week at home or at work. They left this number for me to call in order to stop the order. Seemed scammy as I can't imagine what kind of legal action would be taken against me. Glad I checked here. I will not be calling this number. Also, in cleaning out my voicemail I saw I got the exact same call in April of this year and nothing happened. Definitely a scam. Do not engage.

Got a call from a private number stating they were trying to reach me in regards to a payday I never took out. Called the number from the recording and got a voicemail. Left message & a guy called me back demanding my full name, address & social. When I declined wanting to know what the company was & reason why they need my info he got upset & threatened me. I called him a scammer & he yelled at me before hanging up. Than I got a call from 650-353-9308 from Amanda White stating the same & wanting me to confirm my info. I declined & told them if they can't tell me why they are calling I was turning their info over to the FBI. She tried to back track & said they were mediators. I use to work for a collections company & I know the process. They are scammers be ware & don't give out your details to them

Fraud. They called leaving a message regarding supposed "County" papers and needing two forms of ID. Mmm...I work for the County and we do not do this. So, please folks don't fall for anything like this. If you ever are concerned with issues by the County, you can contact your local county for more information.

Same as the previous report: a recorded call saying she was with a carrier with the "county" and that I was going to be served documents at my home/job, and left this number to call. I called, and was then placed on hold for several minutes.
