Spam Calling   2020-12-01

They've been calling me for the last 4 days, at least once a day. Phone detects it as potential fraud so I have blocked the number but I still get notifications saying they have called and it's been auto-blocked. Today there was a 1 second voicemail with silence. SO ANNOYING! Theres a reason I dont answer, so you'd think they'd stop calling, right? ??‍♀️??

This number (2523158867) started calling me non stop for several months but I never answered. What's weird is the phone calls have stopped permanently but whenever I either turn my power off to my phone or restart it; wait to where it let's me enter my pin. Once,, I enter my pin and type in a website in the browser and hit enter; the webpage will appear but after a minute or two the page will slide away to the right ( almost disappearing from the screen) but then reappear fully on my screen, then I'll get a notification showing that the number 2523158867 has called, although, I long before blocked the number. Therefore, I decided to change phone providers and get a new phone number thinking this would resolve the issue. However, it's doing the same thing. I even called my provider and explained this matter to them and they ran a virus scan on most of my apps but nothing came about. I believe there is something wrong.This scenario happens every time I either power off
