I've been getting multiple calls from so-called stock brokers based in New Jersey and today got a call from 201-268-5435. They keep telling me that my timeshare is an investment and I am due to get unlisted shares of money. I am not planning on calling the number 888-598-5497 that he asked me to call. It is probably step 2 of the scam.

Me llamó un tipo de nombre Alex Silva y que era de Stockbroker LTD; me dijo que tengo acciones de desarrollo marina vallarta y que necesito reclamarlas al telefono 800 269 4311 que supuestamente es del departamento de division financiera del desarrollo vacacional y que ahí me darían el certificado de mis acciones, continué el juego y llamé y me dieron un folio que éste tipo me dijo que tenia 350 acciones a mi favor y que costaban 1,800 dólares cada una, que el me apoyaría para que me fueran pagadas. Afortunadamente revisé los telefonos en la web y me di cuenta que es un fraude. Es importante no llamarlos para evitar los cargos a tu recibo telefonico, ellos piden que los llames, pero no lo hagas

This guy said he worked for American Brokerage and wanted me to get money that was earned on my time share in the form of stock pay out. Their good talkers and try to convince you that you have money coming from stock sales. Remember you never get money for nothing. Be careful.

Received the call from 201-268-5435 and spoke to Mr. Benjamin Raymond he told me he worked for Stock Brokers LTD and their offices are in New Jersey and Ask if I received a cancelation notice from the resort Desarrollo Puerto Vallarta because the stocks I own with them are soon going public. That I was entitled for 89 unlisted shares of the company and to call 1888-5985497 the financial division department. They was talking about 100,000+ dollars but because I don’t have that specific account I may lost all that money. After make a search over the internet I noticed that this is a scam!!... Be careful with this.

Got a call from this number 4 times, back to back, in a row 15 minutes ago. Never left a message so when they called again I just hung up on them and never let the call go through it’s complete cycle to voicemail on their end. Since then, it has stopped. What an actual annoying scammer. 5 times in under 2 minutes. Ridiculous.

Received the call from 201-268-5435 a Mr. Nicholas Martini he told me he worked for Stock Brokers LTD. and if my father received a cancelation notice from the resort because they are soon going public. That he was entitled for 70 unlisted shares of the company and to call 1888-5985497 the financial division department. well after a few click in the WWW found many indication this is a scam. But just in case i will call the resort and find out what they know. ..... Ladies and Gentleman no matter how they try to scam you you must call the resort's legal section, just found out this company Stock Brokers LTD is a scam... dodge that one !!!

I don't normally take calls that I don't know who they are from, but today I took the call. The guy said he was with Stockbroker LTD and my timeshare was an investment that would pay out money to me on all of the unlisted shares that I own. I needed to call the Financial Division of Desa Rollo Marina Vallarta which is the company now trying to go public. This number was 888-598-5497 and the odd thing about him giving me this number was he had to ask someone else for the number... If they want me to call wouldn't that be part of their sales pitch? I won't be calling that number or taking any calls from numbers I don't know.
