Caller asking if i received mailer from medicare shield. its a compulsory for all age 30yrs & above. Told her im not interested and will check for the mail & read. She then asking for my name and when is it convenient for the agent to follow up. Told her she should know my name when making the call. She then thank you for your time an agent will get back to me n hang up.

The women on the line asked if i received mailer from Manulife. Told her i did not and i'm not interested and she started saying it compulsory from the government and since funds has already been deducted from my medicare shield and i would definitely want to know what it is all about. She then asked to arrange for a meetup and i asked to do it via phone call. She then said thank you for your time and hung up on me. Sounds like a scam as she doesn't even know my name.

Think it’s a scam call. Saying called on behalf of care shield and funds deducted from medisave and arranging meetup. Do not even know my name and hung up after 1 minute.

Mentioned from a HR agency offering job paying from 3k to 5k. Never mention what job it was but was supposed to send a WhatsApp for more info. Lady on the line said name was Mei Ling.
