Yes, I also was contacted by a text interested in a car I have on donedeal. Luckily I have legal experience in dealing with fraudsters so was suspicious straight away. Text became abusive. Quite childish in their language. Like a spoilt brat who didn’t get their way .

They're at it again, they messaged me on whatsapp also. Had a feeling something wasn't right, they sent me links to their location (didn't open). Told me they would decide on date and time to see my car, would pay extra for me to hold it. Told them I wouldn't hold and then blocked them (I was reading these comments at same time!). They then text me to tell me that I was rude and they were getting me back for what I did to them 12 months ago to see how I liked it...!

yes I got the same texts and then as I had asked for email only I got crazy emails too from this person. Got abusive when I asked him to stop wasting my time and I said I would block him. I reported this to the guards this morning and guards said there has been huge number of calls about this number. The thing that really got me is im not safe to put my name or gender on done deal now...evn though I have an ad up ...

Yes he contacted me via done deal wanting to buy all my dresses off me. Said will meet after lockdown. He kept texting odd messages which made me wonder was it a prank so I googled his number and saw a few pages with very bad reviews. So I left it a few hours and text saying dresses were gone sorry for any inconvenience. Then the abusive messages started all night. Very strange person!!!
