I had a text from this number to say it was Hotpoint Home Solutions and confirming my tumble dryer delivery. I am waiting for one but then it said to ring the mobile number to sort warranty which I found strange so haven’t called it.

Sent me a text to confirm delivery of hotpoint oven - i replied confirm then got another text with a request to click on the link http://c-e.io/tfymcu2 to set up my warranty - no way was I clicking on that link and had already had text from Hotpoint (no number just name) so AVOID texts from this number - I have now blocked it

07520 652013 This number sent me a text regarding he delivery of my replacement Fridge /Freezer for Sunday, and asked me to send a confirmation text from Hotpoint Home Solutions, which i did, it then sent a follow-up text with an internet link to set-up warranty, the Link did not work on my phone, probably a good thing but, then said call 02038207762 who on answering said this is Domestic & General Insurance - Darren Johnson, who then asked for my surname. At this point i said i didn't want to take things further until it actually arrives. The appliance is a genuine replacement from D&G but i'm not happy so about whole thing, so will wait until next week and contact them myself through my internet account. Then post an update!
