Called saying calling from TD and insisted I take some service which I refused. When I called up TD it was confirmed that they do have a program running but they aren't te ones making calls or sharing numbers with telemarketers. Credit Alert Plus was the company running this program however when I called the to complain, it just went to a support agent and she said it would be the telemarketers and couldn't take it forward from there.
