"Leon" called me on Monday December 27th, 2021 and offered a great deal. Needed my credit card number. Gave it to him. Then that one "didn't work" so gave him my other credit card number. He even wanted my debit card number - which I wouldn't give him. Leon put through several charges, one for over $1,000.00 and the other for over $300.00. Advised would be reversed within 72 hours. Called him today, Thursday 28th to find out why these charges weren't reversed like he said. Left a message. (On Tuesday I had sent an email to Rogers asking if such a program for seniors existed and they replied by email). In the meantime I called Rogers (We have reviewed your submission and identified that our Escalations Team/Management Office is best equipped to address your concern. Claimed to be from Rogers offering great internet, tv, phone offer. He had my name, address, email address, cell number, birth date, and the details of my current Rogers package. To get the new offer, needed credit card info to verify identity. Then he said bank will send text 7 digit code which he needs. I stopped at this point. Bank says code is to authorize large amount, so do not fall for this too good offer for seniors. Male caller also had heavy South Asian accent.

Yes it called me saying it was from Rogers. Caller named Ali wants to offer me Rogers senior's package, with many unbelieable perks. Then he said that the call was being recorded. and verified my personal data. He had my home number, cell number, address and driving licence number correctly, but had my old email address. He wanted addditional number to veryfy me and insisted on credit card number. At this point I got suspicious and refused to give any credit card info. Then he refused package and ended the conversation. I believe this is a Scam.
