They called me a moment ago. Knew my name, telephone number and bank account number. Asked if I had made a transaction in London today. Didn't sound professional. I said no and hung up. They called me back 3 times but I busied them. They said they were from the nationwide but didn't ask me any security questions

08000556622 called me and it came up Nationwide Direct and they said my bank had been compromised and that someone was trying to request a new card and change address and mobile number. Then she said she can set up a new card and gave me the account number and sort code of my 'new card' and said to transfer a large amount into this new card and I said why I said no I'll transfer £10 but I didn't and I rung nationwide while on the phone and they said it was a scam and that they wasn't on the phone to me right now and my card hasn't been compromised.
